THE CAST |
Consists of three guys and three girls all aged between 25 and 30 years of age (period 1964) as follows: |
GUYS | GIRLS |
Rudy - a wanna be musician |       Jennifer (Jen) - lives together with Rudy as his girlfriend |
Johnny - a hot rod enthusiast |       Pamela (Pam) - kind of Johnny's long term girlfriend |
Franky - a guy who is trying to make Roberta his girlfriend |       Roberta - a rather young minded and mixed up hippy girl |
THE BASIC STORY LINE:All of these six young people in the cast grew up in the same city area somewhere in America, knew each other from a very young age, and retained close relationships even after they all left school.Story line #1: Rudy and Jennifer (Jen)
Rudy and Jennifer became a close boy and girlfriend who have now lived together for about two years.
But over the last few months Rudy has literally become obsessed with writing and playing music with a local rock band to the point of totally ignoring Jenifer.
Consequently, Jen becomes so pissed off with Rudy that she actually walks out on him and moves back in with her Aunt.
Story line #2: Johnny and Pamela (Pam)
Johnny and Pamela first met at an early age at Secondary school and while walking with Pam on their way to school one day, Johnny actually
declared that he was deeply in love with her. However, as they grew older, the only thing that now interests Johnny is driving his old 'hot rod' car up
and down the local highway. Finally, of course, he suffers a massive car crash after which he simply disappears.
Story line #3: Franky and Roberta
Franky actually grew up as a very normal and nice guy who eventually, for some unknown reason, became deeply attracted to Roberta who is quite the opposite to the point of usually dressing up and behaving like a young minded and mixed up hippy girl. However after many repeated efforts, Franky does manage to win her over and they do finally become a very close couple indeed. |
